Lakeridge of Eugene is a well-established premier manufactured home community for ages 55 and older. We are a gated community nestled in the heart of desirable Ferry Street Bridge District in Eugene, Oregon. Just minutes to supermarkets, medical facilities and shopping.

Our community consists of 192 homes, including 35 lakefront properties.
